Gather salt, instant yeast, sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour and maple syrup.

Gather flaxseeds and warm water.

Combine ingredients

Add whole wheat flour, instant yeast, salt, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds into a large bowl and mix them together well.

Mix maple syrup with warm water until evenly combined and then add it to the bowl with dry ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and then transfer to a greased baking pan.

Cover the baking pan and set aside for 20-25 mins to allow the dough to rise.
