baking potatoes
1 tsp
dried oregano
3 tbsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
pul biber
1/4 tsp
sea salt

Gather ingredients and preheat

Gather dried oregano, pul biber, baking potatoes, olive oil and sea salt.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare potato chips

Wash the baking potatoes and dry them thoroughly.

Cut the baking potatoes into 1.5 cm thick chips.

Thoroughly pat the baking potatoes dry and spread them over a large baking sheet in one layer.

Drizzle the olive oil over the baking potatoes and sprinkle with the sea salt, pul biber, and dried oregano.

Use your hands to toss the baking potatoes in the olive oil and sea salt, pul biber, dried oregano.

Arrange the baking potatoes again in one layer and not touching one another, so that they can crisp up around the edges.
